Steve or Dick welcome you to the Coromandel, their Backpackers Lodge and hope that your stay with them is a pleasant one.

To help make your stay more enjoyable we provide a range of services and facilities for you to choose from:

General Information

• Office Hours are 7.00am until we're sick of it!!!
• Checkout Time is 10.00am. Please bring bags to office for storage if travelling on the 11.50am bus.
• Staying on? - please reconfirm the night before to secure your bed.
• Hitching and need a lift? Transport leaves the office at 8.30am each day.
• Fire Safety - evacuation notices are displayed in all areas of the Lodge.

Thank you for keeping the Lodge buildings SMOKE FREE - ash trays are available outside.

Laundry Facilities

Our Laundry is on the ground floor and is available from 1.30pm to 10.00pm each day.

• Washing Machine - $2 coin; washing powder, 50c per sachet from office
• Dryer - $2 coin = 60 minutes of drying time
• Clothes line is at the back of the house. We recommend that you remove your washing from the line overnight
